    1)Minimum 2 year’s PHP experience & having sound knowledge in Magento, including experience building object-oriented websites in PHP.
    2)Install and configure the Magento e-commerce platform for new projects.

    4)Use graphic design and page layout skills to developed client mockups and page designs.
    5)Create custom Magento modules or other new functionality using object-oriented PHP and the Magento APIs.

    1)Establishes or improves existing agency relationships
    2)Adheres to work plans and schedules.  
    3)Responsible for establishing and managing a marketing and sales activity directed towards customer accounts in the commercial Market Place. 
    4)Meets quota responsibilities on an annual basis for sales. 
    5)Responsible for securing information technology task orders for design, programming, and integration services.  
    6)Implement recommended strategic marketing plan.  
    7)Assist in or produce feasibility studies/business plans for new business development.  
    8)Implement marketing campaigns for new services.  
    9)Must have strong skills to write and direct winning task proposals, develop and close both task order and large deals.

• Category Managers (Online Retail)

  • Position : Category Managers (Online Retail)
    Minimum Relevant Experience : 3+ yrs
    Location : Mumbai
    Job Responsibilities
    1)The Category Manager's purpose is to support key stakeholders (client, management & the sales teams) with analysis, providing innovative solutions for driving growth in a multichannel retail space.
    2)Presentations using consumer research tools/data to increase sales and facilitating stocking decisions. 
    3)Interacting with the software team for tools and processes to influence and lead accounts in making strategic and tactical decisions in support of increase retail sales and acquiring B2B customers.
    4)Drive top-notch execution aligned to e.Soft strategies and objectives
    5)Develop persuasive selling presentations using research tools/data to increase assortment and sales. 
    6)Present recommendations and analysis for retail trade.
    7)Collaboration and alignment with key stakeholders
    8)Work cross-functionally to leverage syndicated data and shopper insights in order to drive value for e.Softs clients.
    9)Supervise and develop data that facilitate sales.
    
    Requirements
    1)Minimum 3 years sales/business high level analytical experience (Category Management, Retail management or selling experience recommended).
    2)Online retail experience desirable, but not required. Experience in Home improvement/ tools and hardware a plus.
    3)Masters degree in Business or Marketing  desirable.
    4)Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills required, including the ability to analyze multiple sources of data, determine limitations of the source data, and recommend actions based on the analysis required.
    5)Excellent project management and organization skills required, including the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
    6)Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Ability to succinctly and accurately present complex data and persuasively make recommendations.
    7)Ability to manage tasks and to exercise independent judgment without supervision required.
    8)Advanced PC skills required, including Excel, Word, Database applications, and PowerPoint.

• Network Administrator

  • Position : Network Administrator
    Minimum Relevant Experience : 4+ yrs
    Location : Mumbai
    Job Responsibilities
    1)Responsible for the design, configuration, development, integration, implementation of network solutions.
    2)Switching: Cisco Switches, VLAN, STP, VLAN Trunking, Multicast, HSRP
    3)Routing: Cisco routers, and BGP
    4)Others: Circuit Installation, QOS, Frame relay, Wireless Access Points
    5)Responsible for the architecture, design and development of all elements of network plans/strategies that include: the physical/network layout, wiring schemes, open systems, product interfaces and implementation plans.  
    6)Design and deploy distributive network solutions to ensure system functionality, interoperability, availability, timely use and business continuity.
    7)Minimum 3 to 4 years of n/w experience; at least 4 years of network engineering experience.
    8)Primarily Cisco product skilled, exposure to multivendor / multi-technology environment will be an added advantage
    9)Hands-on in L3, L2 switches, routers, firewalls, wireless network and Fiber Optic networking.
    10)Experience in unix/linux scriptinge.g awk, gawk, bash, sed. perl

• Accounts Executive

  • Position : Accounts Executive
    Minimum Relevant Experience : 0 - 2 yrs
    Location : Mumbai
    Job Responsibilities
    1)Should have sound knowledge of Book Keeping, Accounting, Bank Reconciliation Statement, Payroll processes, Reconciliation of Accounts Payable, Account Receivable, TDS, Service Tax and Income Tax related Matters.
    2)Must have good knowledge of Ms Office and Tally accounting software.
    3)Ability to deal with banking matters on day to day basis.
