    • Module Level - After login, the user can access the module(s) not restricted in the user manager definition.
    • Menu Bar Level - Particular user can be restricted for any particular type of entry or can able to see only report.
    • Menu Item Level - Access to the menu items available under each Menu Bar function can be further restricted user-wise.
    • Transaction Mode Level - A user can be restricted in accessing these individual modes i.e. add mode or edit mode for any transaction/master entry.
    • O2 offers a solution for managers that consolidates personal, team, corporate and external information with single-click access called Dynamic Business Intelligence Systems (DBIS). PULSET is a personalized, interactive intelligence system, which triggers notifications to the user, based on his or her requirement for information and RevelationT brings an integrated view of a company's knowledge sources to a manager's desktop, enabling better decision-making by providing immediate access to Key Performance Indicators(KPIs).

  • With O2 paper work reduces as all the information becomes accessible in the ERP system and hence the time in collection of information from various departments is reduced substantially.

  • One time data entry of transaction data with validations with previously had done transactions according to the workflow.

  • Workflow is implemented leading to discipline in the working environment.

  • Automatic purchase requisition is generated in case the stock falls below the re-order level.

  • Maximum and Minimum Level of Inventory can be maintained for a given item.
