Arun has over 20 years of experience in the software industry. In this period he has provided software consultancy to some of the biggest names in India and abroad. Arun acquired his engineering degree from IIT Kanpur, an institute of worldwide repute. He has done his Masters in Operations Research from the University of Waterloo in Canada.

He bring expertise of technology usage in e-commerce and especially to the retail industry. His business skills help clients clearly understand how technology can be used in a business environment reducing operating costs , enhancing focus on customers and increasing profitability. He has been instrumental in putting processes in place ensuring that eSoft follows world class procedures and methodologies in offshore development and customer service.
