Marine Industry

We have been providing yeomen services to Marine industries for more than decade now and have undertaken drawings of boats, different kinds of river and sea faring barges, tow boats etc. We make General Arrangement's, Transverse Section, Piping layout, electrical and Deck-fitting Details etc.

We also have completed drawings for various deck fittings such as Winches, Kevels, chocks, Bits, Doors (side), watertight doors, quick acting doors, manholes, hatches etc. This also includes 3D modeling of complex hulls and forms using data extracted from 2D drawings or clients data in any other form. Other than above we also prepare detailed Bill of materials and Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerances for all our production drawings.

FEA have helped our client with design validation and also necessary design modification to improve the functionality and product life cycle of various deck fitting components of marine industry such as kevels, Chocks, Bitts etc. This is done through fatigue and stress analysis and calculating load bearing capacity for barges.
