CAD / CAE - Mechanical

We have understanding of the entire Product lifecycle from designing, analysis to manufacturing. Expertise in designing both high & low technology products for different industries, adherence of international standards like ASME, ASTM, ISO, SAE, ANSI, BS, DIN or MIL. Ease of use of latest CAD designing tools such as Solid Works, Inventor, Pro-E, Catia and AutoCAD. For advanced FEA solutions we use ANSYS.

From the basic 2D layout of mechanical parts, sub-assemblies and Assembly drawings, we take 3D Solid modeling, sheet metal designing for simple to complex mechanical components, apart from these, surface modeling for highly complex components such as automobile industry, pumps, valves etc. are also our forte.

We have been doing designing & drafting of Barges, tow-boats, dry dock, various ship components such as Kevels, chocks, Bits, doors, manholes, hatches etc. for Maritime Industry in US for almost a decade now. Our Engineers are efficient in designing of tools, Jigs, fixtures & moulds, reverse engineering and FEM / FEA in structural, Model analysis, thermal and CFD domain using ANSYS.
