OverviewThe purpose of this system is to automatically print the Shipping labels on the basis of the scanned PO number and weight of the package respective to that particular PO number.

Warehouse Process
System allows the user to scan bin#'s on completion of last bin# of the order it will print the packaging list (Invoice#) and shipping label according to user settings.
Manual Process- When user scans the Invoice the system picks the shipping information and weight and
sends the request to all integrated carriers at a time which shows all available shipping rates and methods
and the cheapest one is shown in green color.
Here user can select any one of the shipping methods to generate the Shipping Label.
Automatic Process- When user scans the Invoice the system picks the Shipping information and weight and sends the request to all integrated carriers at a time, which automatically generates the Shipping
Label on the basis of the cheapest service.
Conveyer Belt Integration- The system is integrated with the conveyer belt. Here the system generates the ZPL files on the basis of the Input file having the PO number and weight and put them on a desired location to generate shipping labels. |
