Visitor Management System
A visitor management, tracking System which has a multi reception and multi company Visitor's management from a central server in a complex or premises. Auto alerts for overstretched meetings or non-reporting of visitors at reception after a scheduled time. Visitors Pass printing with Photo and signature capture at the reception desk itself. Keeps track of the Availability of employees so that reception has a better control when to send the visitors for meeting. An internal chat system if any thing needs to be clarified from employee by Reception.
Time and Attendance Management
A Hand key Biometric device* integrated System to track Time and attendance of employees. The Biometric device in this case a hand key reader recognizes employees by reading the Palm of an employee. Updates in out time and attendance of the employee and can generate comprehensive MIS reports based on that. A VB and My SQL based secure system where data is stored in encrypted format to avoid Backend manipulation of data.
