Created in Cold Fusion, an advanced information collection tool which consists of easy to use ‘wizard’ processes for form creation. Default or ‘template’ form fields which provides speeding up the form creation process for commonly used data (such as name and contact information). Other pre-defined ‘templates’ are also created (such as program registration or volunteer registration). User can decide to use the pre-defined form templates, and add any custom fields they require, or create a completely new form.
One of the steps in the creation process is to allow users to define the distribution method of the form. They would have the option of selecting for the form to be published directly to the website, or also via email to a list of recipients. A dataset entry/upload features provides easy to use facility to create sets of selection options. A particular form can be choosen to appear behind a secure layer of SSL. Optionally, user who wish to take payment for the events can use a secure form which can be available to collect credit card information from the user and to process online payment.
A content based website created in Cold Fusion. Back-office user has the facility to create contents under different categories and their sub-categories and to display on different sections of the website. It also has the section to create news and events items.
A website being developed in Cold Fusion for personal alert messaging system. Sender can create subscription groups, message templates and messages, can select the mode in which the message will be sent to the subscriber. A message can be sent in the form of Email, Fax, Instant Message, Voice and SMS.
Receivers can register themselves and add their profiles along with the contact mode and contact details for each message they subscribe for.
