ERPNext is designed to grow with your business—no matter how you work. Make it simple to connect everything in one place with its easy-to-integrate modules.
ERPNext helps small and medium businesses run smarter — a flexible, affordable system you can use your way. Whether you prefer cloud or on-premise, our solutions grow with you.
Ripley Stevedoring and Handling Pvt Ltd was operating fundamental business processes such as crew scheduling, maintenance, inventory and compliance using disconnected systems. Such fragmentation was inefficient, costly, and a security risk in terms of non-compliance.
What we did is that we constructed a custom made ERP system that unified everything to be under the same roof. All of the modules, whether it was a module of the crew management or the financials were customized to the workflows of Ripley. We also made sure the system could be upgraded with any changed business requirements and regulations by providing update and new offerings routinely.
Now that all operations were integrated, Ripley had enhanced visibility, efficient decision making, and improved inter-departmental control. The lean implementation assisted in reducing the expenses, compliance hassle, and their operations became much more future-ready and efficient.
Nidhi Cookware used Excel to control the production and this created delays and errors. Quality inspection was manual and uneven, and there was poor procurement planning which resulted in shortages in stock. Also, their accounting system in Tally was not linked with operations, and they had poor visibility and control.
We deployed a customized ERPNext system to automate production workflows, standardize quality inspections, and introduce intelligent procurement planning. Additionally, we built a custom Tally integration to unify financial reporting with operational data.
The new system achieved a 30 percent gain in production efficiency, enhanced quality continuity, refined material planning, and real-time stream finances, which guided to accelerated, lower-controlled, and scalable operations.
The production and stock control of the Agarwal Industries was based on disparate tools such as SAP, Excel, and Tally. This resulted in the disintegrity of data, costly delays in decision-making, ineffective cost analysis, and a slow quotation process that limited swiftness.
We implemented a fully customized ERPNext solution after carefully mapping their operational processes. The system brought together manufacturing, inventory, cost tracking, and quotations into one cohesive platform—built to scale with the business.
With everything now connected, Agarwal Industries cut manual effort in half, gained better cost control, and sped up their quotation process. Real-time visibility across departments helped them plan better, respond faster, and move forward with greater confidence.
Campbell Shipping Private Limited faced inefficiencies from fragmented systems and manual record-keeping, which complicated regulatory compliance and delayed operations. SOP monitoring lacked structure, increasing the risk of errors and non-compliance with maritime standards.
We built a custom ERP platform tailored to maritime operations—covering machinery logs, cargo/ballast tracking, and MARPOL-compliant record keeping. The system included dynamic checklists for SOP monitoring, BI dashboards for real-time insights, tablet compatibility, and secure digital signoffs that met Bahamas and Marshall Islands Flag requirements.
The ERP brought structure to operations, simplified compliance, and cut down manual work. With real-time visibility and smarter tools, Campbell Shipping now runs more efficiently—with greater control and full regulatory confidence.
Concord hydraulics used unintegrated tools and manual procedures to govern fundamental activities. Their accounting, sales, inventory and manufacturing processes were in disarray and caused delays, miscalculations and a lack of visibility across all areas such as quality control, HR and project management.
We have developed a tailored ERPNext system that has integrated all the essential functions such as accounting, CRM, manufacturing, HR, inventory and compliance into a single system. We also simplified order practices, multi level BOM, inventory, quality, payroll, sales automation as well.
Manual effort was cut by half, inventory tracking became more accurate, and the team gained real-time insights for faster, smarter decisions. The new system helped Concord Hydraulics run more efficiently and laid a strong foundation for future growth.
Infinity Tyres is a major tyre and battery distributor in Nigeria that had separate systems to cover core processes (accounts, CRM, imports, inventory, sales or HR). The result of this fragmentation was increased costs, waste and lack of control between departments.
We delivered a fully integrated ERP platform tailored to their needs—bringing together finance, inventory, HR, CRM, POS, imports, and sales into one seamless system. We also connected the ERP with tools like Tally, Microsoft Power BI, biometric systems, and HCM platforms to give them full visibility and tighter control in real time.
Everything being linked up, Infinity Tyres achieved increased speed of decision-making, reduced error rates, and more efficient use of resources. They could automate their manual work, which allowed them to save money and run efficiently in all their departments, making them ready to grow long-term and proportionately.
