If you voluntarily provide your telephone number to e.Soft (for example, during registration or through a form on our site), and you separately consent to receive promotional communications, we may use that telephone number to contact you about our products, services, offers, updates, and promotions through SMS, WhatsApp, phone calls, or other similar channels.

Providing your telephone number for marketing purposes is optional. Marketing messages will be sent only where you have given separate, explicit consent by checking the marketing consent option provided during registration or, in applications where this option is offered, via the Settings page. General use of our site or acceptance of our terms does not by itself constitute consent to receive marketing communications.

You may enable or withdraw your consent to receive marketing communications at any time through the consent tick box available on the Settings page in applications where this option is offered. By checking the box, you consent to receive marketing communications; by unchecking the box, you withdraw your consent. Changes take effect from the time you update your preference. Withdrawing consent for marketing will not affect your ability to use our site or services for their primary, non-marketing purposes.

We may use trusted third-party service providers to deliver marketing messages on our behalf. Such providers may process your telephone number only for the purpose of sending communications on our instructions and subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.
