Customer Service Executive


Job Description

  • Proven customer support experience.
  • Should have calling experience or Willing to work in US voice process.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively work with a team.
  • The candidate will have to work on US east coast time and the expected working
    time would be from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM(IST).
  • Willing to work in night shifts.
  • Problem solving skills needed to be able to quickly resolve customer complaints
    and other issues that may arise from time to time
  • Possession of interpersonal skills to be able to relate cordially with different
    classes of people
  • He/she should be open minded and enthusiastic towards excellence.

Experience: 0 – 2 years

Qualification: Any Graduate
