Job Description
- Proven customer support experience.
- Should have calling experience or Willing to work in US voice process.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to effectively work with a team.
- The candidate will have to work on US east coast time and the expected working
time would be from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM(IST).
- Willing to work in night shifts.
- Problem solving skills needed to be able to quickly resolve customer complaints
and other issues that may arise from time to time - Possession of interpersonal skills to be able to relate cordially with different
classes of people - He/she should be open minded and enthusiastic towards excellence.
Experience: 0 – 2 years
Qualification: Any Graduate
