Job Description
- Assess the available market for assigned Software products & solutions and identify sales opportunities.
- Assess the customer value proposition for assigned Software products & solutions.
- Understand the economics of assigned Software products & solutions in a customer environment and develop a customer business case.
- Work with the Product Owner and identify gaps in the assigned Software solution. Work with the management team and business owner to develop a business case to remedy the gaps.
- Identify target customers for assigned Software products & solutions for the Indian market. Engage with the customers to secure customer purchase.
- Run a disciplined Sales process identifying a credible pipeline and driving the leads to Sales. Provide weekly updates on the pipeline and activities related to the opportunities in the pipeline.
- Knowledge of India market and customers in the High-end Security, Event Management and Temporary Hospitality Staffing space.
- Knowledge of ‘Targeted Account’ based sales process.
- Detail oriented in developing plans to identify opportunities and driving account closures.
- Familiarity with Software Technology sales and must be comfortable talking about technologies in the product.
- Very strong communications skills in English.
- Strong presentation skills including sales presentations and product demos.
- Collaboration skills to work with the development team to ensure the entire organization is supportive of the sale.
- Must be able to interact with management effectively.
Experience: 5 – 10 years
Qualification: Any Graduate
