Job Description

  • Assess the available market for assigned Software products & solutions and identify sales opportunities.
  • Assess the customer value proposition for assigned Software products & solutions.
  • Understand the economics of assigned Software products & solutions in a customer environment and develop a customer business case.
  • Work with the Product Owner and identify gaps in the assigned Software solution. Work with the management team and business owner to develop a business case to remedy the gaps.
  • Identify target customers for assigned Software products & solutions for the Indian market. Engage with the customers to secure customer purchase.
  • Run a disciplined Sales process identifying a credible pipeline and driving the leads to Sales. Provide weekly updates on the pipeline and activities related to the opportunities in the pipeline.
  • Knowledge of India market and customers in the High-end Security, Event Management and Temporary Hospitality Staffing space.
  • Knowledge of ‘Targeted Account’ based sales process.
  • Detail oriented in developing plans to identify opportunities and driving account closures.
  • Familiarity with Software Technology sales and must be comfortable talking about technologies in the product.
  • Very strong communications skills in English.
  • Strong presentation skills including sales presentations and product demos.
  • Collaboration skills to work with the development team to ensure the entire organization is supportive of the sale.
  • Must be able to interact with management effectively.

Experience: 5 – 10 years

Qualification: Any Graduate
