- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans that align with the
company’s long- term objectives. Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly to mitigate
risks and capitalize on new opportunities. - Manage and monitor team performance, providing effective liaison, support, and assistance
across the organization. - Train, hire, and mentor new staff, continuously review performance metrics, and promote high-
potential employees to positions of greater responsibility. Develop and maintain a leadership framework that supports our company’s culture and operational goals. - Implement financial planning and analysis processes to effectively forecast and manage budgetary
allocations, ensuring efficient use of resources and strict control of expenses. - Collaborate with all organization members, suppliers, and customers, contributing to special
projects as required. - Provide regular feedback, mentorship, and development opportunities to foster a high-

- In-depth knowledge of legal, statutory, and regulatory frameworks relevant to the organization’s
operations in the USA and India. - Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve processes and achieve performance targets.
- Competency in our most utilized systems: including Epicor, Freshworks/sales and Microsoft Office
Suite as well as others. - This position is based in Mumbai, India
Experience: 5 – 6 years
Qualification: Any Graduate
