e.Soft Technologies - Software Development Company
e.Soft delivers ERPNext implementation services for Chennai and Tamil Nadu businesses, replacing Tally-plus-Excel chaos with one connected ERPNext system that goes live in 45–60 days.
These are the six situations that bring most Chennai and Tamil Nadu manufacturing and auto-ancillary businesses to our ERPNext implementation team.
Production runs on the floor, accounts run in Tally, and reconciling the two eats a full day every week.
A single BOM revision from an OEM buyer means chasing updates across three disconnected spreadsheets.
Purchase orders and quality sign-offs move through chat threads with no audit trail and no tracking.
Nothing talks to your accounts, so every payroll run is a manual export.
By the time you see last month’s numbers, the decision they should have informed has already been made.
You’ve outgrown your current setup but worry about downtime or losing years of transaction history.
Production planning, BOM and work order management, and real-time shop-floor visibility.
Multi-branch billing, purchase workflows, and stock visibility for trading businesses.
Multi-location inventory, logistics, and warehouse management for distributors.
POS, inventory, and multi-outlet operations for retail businesses.
Project tracking, billing, and service-delivery workflows for services businesses.
End-to-end ERPNext services scoped to how your Chennai operation actually runs, not a generic template install.
A structured, phased deployment covering business-process analysis through go-live.
No two businesses run identical workflows, so we adapt ERPNext to match yours.
Most Chennai clients come to us from Tally. We migrate cleanly, with nothing left behind.
Implementation only pays off if your team actually uses the system.
Configured to your business, from a single-location operation to a multi-location trading business.
A structured process refined over 25+ years of implementation work.
Fixed timeline, no surprise delays.
Full-cycle business discovery and gap analysis – blueprinting for custom fitment before any configuration begins.
Module setup, chart of accounts, GST and tax configuration, user roles and permissions established.
Custom workflows built, legacy data securely migrated and validated from Tally, Excel, or your existing system.
Role-based employee training, user manuals delivered, and testing completed before cutover.
Supervised go-live with zero-disruption deployment, followed by continued performance optimisation support.
